Please note there is no eftpos available, cash payments or direct credit by arrangement only. Cheques are accepted from regular clients who are residents of Hawke’s Bay.

If you are a new client, please allow an extra 10 minutes for an initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy
We value 24 hours’ notice of cancellations.  The standard payment for your session may be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.  If you are running late to an appointment please let us know, this may mean your treatment is shortened to accommodate other bookings that follow yours.
 

Koha
Koha is a Maori term for an offering or donation and does not necessarily need to be in the form of money.  It is a gift or offering given from the heart.  There will always be one treatment session open and available every week at Te Manawa for koha.  Please feel free to forward this offer onto anyone who you feel are in need of a treatment and may suit this offer.
 

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments.  Vouchers can be sent out to you by post (at no cost within NZ) and payment made by direct credit. Call or text 027 345 0993 or email temanawamassage@gmail.com to arrange postage and payment.
